Flexi Realtors connects investors with premium residential developments across Australia and international markets. We support developers in launching projects successfully, and give buyers and investors access to carefully selected opportunities with strong long-term potential.
Alongside that, we do the ordinary and important work of a local agency: appraising homes and selling them across Melbourne's northern suburbs.
Both halves run out of the same office in Reservoir, under the same licence, with the same people answering the phone.

Muninder Sandhu
Director · Licensed Estate Agent
Muninder leads Flexi Realtors from its office in Reservoir. He holds a full real estate licence in Victoria and New South Wales.
He works directly with developers bringing new residential projects to market, and with the buyers and investors looking for them — and, closer to home, with people selling across Melbourne's northern suburbs.
